The dragon shield measures 20in across with a 6in neck opening. I'm not sure what the fabric is but it's not cloth. Incredibly hard and very hard to find.

I've looked all over the internet for this and even the rest of the costume and I've had no luck. I've seen new modern stuff that just looks silly. Well-made and the detail is amazing!
