I made this Green ranger shield out of EVA foam and gold Lycra. The shield is roughly 23 ins across shoulder to shoulder and the diamond in the middle is roughly 8in by 10 ins.

The symbols were hand drawn. I make each one by hand, so please allow a tiny bit of human error, but I will try my best to make it perfect for your next cosplay event.
